We don’t believe in service agreements with crazy legalese that require a law degree to decipher.

⚠ Important: Your Job Credits Do NOT Rollover From Month-to-Month!

Much like a gym, we are offering this service whether or not job credits are redeemed. At our sole discretion, we may roll over certain job credits on a case-by-case basis.

Here is exactly what you should expect from this service:

  • Your information, contacts and IP are always your property and confidential.
  • We will do our absolute best to complete or respond to all job requests within one to two business days; any holiday hours will be communicated ahead of time.
  • We will be fair when determining how many extra credits a larger job request will require, if necessary, and seek your approval to move ahead first. At least, initially, until we establish a good working relationship.
  • You can request to cancel at any time. Any unused job credits for your billing cycle will not be refunded.

Here is what we expect from you, as a service recipient:

  • Every job request you submit will include thorough and clear information specific to what each service requires.
  • If you have any issues with the customer experience, you will notify us so we can make things right.
  • You will remain up to date with your billing and clear any open balances.
